In support of the Colorado Department of Transportation’s development of a forward-looking multi-modal
Transportation system in the 21st
century, the Colorado Division of Aeronautics shall promote partnering
with
its public and private constituents to enhance aviation safety,
aviation education, and the development of an
effective air
transportation system through the efficient administration of the Colorado Aviation Fund.
The Support Colorado Aviation Project is a collaborative effort by
numerous Colorado aviation groups to
raise awareness of the positive
impact that aviation has on the State of Colorado.
A signature petition campaign has been underway in order to introduce
a new special group Colorado
"Support Aviation" license plate. 3,000
signatures are required to make this awareness project a reality, with

This is a comprehensive
report outlining the financial performance of the Colorado Division of
Aeronautics
with regards to the Colorado Discretionary Aviation Grant
Program and aviation fuel tax disbursements to
Colorado public-use
airports. The report also gives specific information about other
important initiatives
administered by the Division, including the State

Virtual Air
