We all have the dream to have free colleges everywhere in the world. 
 Unfortunately, that’s not the case everywhere, for a place in Nigeria where you would even pay for your right to live
Most Nigerians pay for their tuition and these would mean you would not pay feeding? Not so with Africa  where you would pay for everything in packaging; from fees of accommodation and feeding without a job to fend for yourself.  
There are however certain countries in the world where the taxpayer pays the bill for all students looking to get a college degree.  The countries in this list are mainly in Europe mostly and have the culture of fending for most of their citizens who are impoverished and have  that “take care of each other”attitudes.  In these countries usually, you must pay taxes and some of them have higher income tax rates.
 Thus, if you want to evade tax its your pitfall in these setting or environment.
